  Promote health and well-being, including physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, ensuring these are met in an inclusive and supportive manner.

  Facilitate social, educational, and work-related activities, such as visiting family and friends, going for walks, shopping, and engaging in recreational activities of their choice.

  Undertake general housekeeping duties, including shopping and domestic tasks, and where required, support with elements of personal care.

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, completing a range of documentation as required as part of the role.

  • Long service awards to acknowledge and celebrate your ongoing commitment and contribution to the team.
  • Access to our employee benefits app, helping you stay connected to our community, enjoy discounts across everyday and luxury retailers, and explore learning and development opportunities.
  • Pension scheme, with automatic enrolment into our salary sacrifice pension plan.
  • Funded qualifications through our “earn while you learn” approach, supporting you to develop your career within Swanton.*
  • Clear career pathways, including apprenticeships in Health and Social Care (Level 3), allowing you to progress while gaining valuable experience.
  • Care Skills, our in-house training and qualification centre, providing further opportunities for professional development.

*Subject to eligibility and criteria.
