care for young people whilst continually demonstrating our values by:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

each member of staff is aware of each child’s care plan and their

childcare reviews and planning meetings to provide information and achieve best

with the recruitment and retention of staff including induction training for
new staff into the home<o:p></o:p></span></p>

new starters during their probationary period to ensure they receive best in
class support and the best possible start<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">Developing a
management style that demonstrates our values and which balances the need to
exercise control and give direction with the need to empower staff to make
appropriate decisions<o:p></o:p></span></p>

and progressing individual training and development needs of staff in the
